I am in day 5 of my exercise spark streak. It surprised me that I woke up looking forward to exercising. I think Spark Guy had it right when he noticed how self motivating a streak can be. I've inadvertently had logging in streaks and food tracker ones as well. Now they are habit!
This past Sunday was the big St Patrick's Day race followed by parade in Baltimore. A friend and I decided to go. It was a good sign finding the nice parking garage not filled up yet. Next we had a good mile long walk to the parade area. I don't get to the city enough! We found places to stand with plenty of sunshine as we watched the green clad runners followed by the parade of Irish dancers, bands, political figures, etc. How can you help but smile!
Today after I did Coach Nicole's cardio workout and entered it, I got a bonus spin where I won one of her exercise videos!! Today I enjoyed my workout, noticing that you can follow one of the three levels. I had a few times where I had to follow the beginner level and it came in handy having an example of what to do. My balance is better on one side than the other.
