So the big day is tomorrow and I get myself back on track. Insert all the questions here as to how I find myself at this place AGAIN! But I'm here. I'm hoping for more support from my friends and co-workers this time as we have engaged in a mini-fitness challenge. One of us is doing a program called The Center for Medical Weight Loss where she is restricted to 800 calories per day and must take a prescription strength appetite suppressant. Another is doing a low carb, high protein diet. I'll be taking it off with Herbalife. We have all vowed to help each other exercise. So, I'm ready. I have my meal replacement shakes, protein powder, supplements, fruits and vegies at the ready! I'm set. I've binged the last of the junk from my fridge and pantry (only half joking) and I've taken my measurements. Tomorrow morning when I step on the scale to get my "official" start weight, I'll go. Hesitantly for now...but I'll go.
