I know it has only been 4 days since I started here, but I was hoping to see a couple of ounces off the scale at least. Instead, I have gained a half pound.

Oh well. I know I'm being silly, and I'm still motivated, so it's all good.

    Hang in there! Remember- You didn't put on the weight in 4 days so don't expect it to come off so quickly. Plus, if you're working out more, then you could be gaining muscle which weighs more than fat. I recommend also taking your measurements so that even if the scale isn't budging, your waist may be.
