OK I get the chair exercises but wanting to do some floor ones too - So this picture encourages the exploration of them. A friend recently gave me a yoga mat in my favorite color - PURPLE - so I think that should work nicely for there exercises.
Off to explore and DO my first sets...no fair peaking because the getting up and down from the floor will be hard ...I think I can.....I think I can.....I think I can.....I think I can..
Also for those who have been following these blogs - new adventure today i made a smoothie - juice, spinach, cucumber, frozen mix berries, dates and ice...tastes wonderful - can't taste the green at all but tummy is in shock and "burping" a lot! Just drank 1/2 of it and planned the other half with dinner - will see how the tummy settles.
