Spring Challenge Goals...

Okay...what are my goals...oh look a cookie...NO!

My Goals for the Spring Challenge with my Diamonds...
1. Drink more water...i really need to get that water consumption up.
2. Exercise...this doesn't mean staring down the treadmill it means getting ON the treadmill.
3. Stop munching on everything in site (this is a new thing...since i got sick...it has to stop)
4. Pay attention to my body...am i really hungry, or just thirsty, or bored.
5. Eat BETTER!

So those seem simple enough right...HA! Not with a 13 year old cookieholic in the house...LOL But we will work on it. :)

If i made you laugh...my work here is done...LOL ;)
My son is always trying to give me junk food (I'm getting good at saying no!) He tells me all the time that I'm "skinny as a weed" I've yet to see this ginormous "skinny" weed...LOL But its nice to know he loves me the way i am...or maybe he's afraid I'll get skinny and wear embarrassing clothes and "hang" with him and his friends...LOL
I used to always say "if i was as thin as a supermodel i would never wear anything other than lingerie." Maybe that's what he's afraid of...LOL

Lets do this Diamonds!!! :)

    I too have some Cookie-holics at home (well, some everything-aholics - so namely just Junk Food Junkies)
I know that you will blow that Treadmill away - not literally.

    Last year when i lost a bunch of weight before my friends wedding...the best help i had...drink water first thing in the morning. Mix a little oj in the water...gives your body just enough sugar to get it going but water is the most important.
Water and oj doesn't taste the best...but it works. Take a cup of water out of a gallon of water and out 1 cup of oj in...shake well. Drink throughout the day. :)
I picked up water and oj today...it will be starting my day tomorrow :)

If you think your hungry...drink water and wait 15 minutes.
Don't eat if your not really hungry...BUT don't wait till your overly hungry.
You have to pay attention to your body and get to know it. :)

    Water and Water! It is an answer to many of us! We tend to munch when our bodies just need water! It is a thing I always have to remember!
You are so gonna beat that treadmill!
