Okay...what are my goals...oh look a cookie...NO!
My Goals for the Spring Challenge with my Diamonds...
1. Drink more water...i really need to get that water consumption up.
2. Exercise...this doesn't mean staring down the treadmill it means getting ON the treadmill.
3. Stop munching on everything in site (this is a new thing...since i got sick...it has to stop)
4. Pay attention to my body...am i really hungry, or just thirsty, or bored.
5. Eat BETTER!
So those seem simple enough right...HA! Not with a 13 year old cookieholic in the house...LOL But we will work on it. :)
