What steps can you take today to make more small changes so that your healthy lifestyle is a constant evolution that keeps you excited?
I would like to answer that question for my situation.
1. I can try a new exercise (periodicize my exercise, i.e. switch things up every few weeks to change when my body becomes accustomed to the routine).
2. I can read more spark articles to learn more about health.
3. I can try a new vegetable (agrião and rucola)
4. I can take before and after pictures of my meals to show compliance to my eating plan.
5. I can watch a video on nutrition.
