I have been searching for a body fat and water scale and finally came across one on Saturday. I sure was shocked when I set everything and climbed aboard the scale. The scale measures body fat % and water in our bodies.The big shock is that I am 48.7% fat
healthy body fat for me is 23-34 and 37.7% body water,healthy is 38-75. I never realized the body was so complex. Now I know differently. What I have read in the manual is I have to reduce my body fat % and increase my body water % to obtain muscle. It's going to be interesting in seeing how my body will be changing on the inside as well as the outside. I also picked up a heart rate,calorie counter,pedometer monitor watch. Have to read the manual and set it up and I'm all set to go. I have a lot of hard work to do. I'm on the right path. Should be fun and interesting to see some results.
Have to remember these stats are from this manual,I'm sure there are other readings with different percentages.
