Wasnt able to start the challenge on March 1st due to some family issues. Nothing major, just time consuming. Everything is now fine. These past few days my energy has been very low. Monday it was hard for me to stay awake all day. No clue why I was a zombie that day.

Tonight I want to be in bed at 9 and asleep by 9:30. I havent had a good night sleep in over 2 weeks. I would like to wake up at around 6 and get the housework done so I can exercise and burn this FAT off. I also need to work on my writing. I have been trying to start this story since 08.

In my last blog I said that Food is key. While there are a lot of keys and sleep is one of them. I really need to work on that.

    have you tried the sleep challenge on here?
sleeping more will most def help with your weight loss

    You've got some very clear goals - and know you have a dream to write - which is fantastic! You can start your challenge any time - and can even work to be 100% ready for the next challenge.

Congrats on having a plan - and good on you for setting great goals! Keep it up and you'll achieve your dreams in no time!
