First an update:
February Totals
I lost 8.5 pounds which surpassed my 5 pound goal
I surpassed my pushup goal of 1,000 (1,316)
I surpassed my sit up goal of 2,500 (2,632)
I reached 95.07 miles
What can I say, February was fabulous.
Now it is March. I don't quite have a mileage goal yet but I have been able to run two 10k distances so far and I want to do at least one more. The very last one will count towards the virtual race I have planned at the end of the month. I would like to lose 5 pounds. I plan to do 2,400 pushups and 4,800 crunches.
This month is very busy for me, but I refuse to let that stop me from being active.
There are no more excuses. Today is my 29th birthday, my last year in my 20's. I will NOT be overweight in my 30's. I WON'T. I know I will succeed. The whole of last years changes have taught me that anything is possible, and I just know that I can do it.
