WooHoo Wednesday

I didn't weigh in this morning as I was in a rush to get to the dr office. I did weigh in at 258.6 at the dr office with shoes and clothes on so probably running about that without since there is usually a 2lb difference.

I get to add in another BP med for a month and then see if I can get off the one that I was on and just take the new one. My BP has been running high but hopefully it is just due to the sinus meds I have been taking every day. She is concerned about the fluid retention though but it should resolve with the new medicine. Not excited but it what it is. I would rather be losing weight and dealing with it then stuck forevermore and still increasing meds. My family history on both sides is bad for heart and bp issues, regardless of weight, so I just want to make some progress one way or another. Guess it is back to taking my bp a few times a day but hopefully only short term.

She ordered bloodwork to be done in a week or two. I haven't had the standard bloodwork in awhile due to all the other crazy issues I have been dealing with over the past few years. Somehow it was missed between the endo and my PCP. Hopefully nothing shows up funky.

I was going to go to a book discussion group today for one of my "getting out of my comfort zone" events, however, I don't feel that hot so I'm skipping. So far I have completed 2 out of 4 so 2 more to go.

Enough rambling: Goals for today:

Have a healthy day!
