I'm behind on posting my weekly fitness blogs. I just don't have the time that I use to, imagine that?
I am keeping up with my nutrition and daily exercise. Exercise is more intense some days than others, but every day something gets done, even if it's just a brisk walk. I'm losing weight, and I can tell I'm losing inches, so it's all good.
But I am stressed big time these days. I just need someone to add in about 4 hours to every day! I'm on day 4 now of only getting a max of 4 hours sleep at night. It sucks. I need to find a way to go to bed earlier, but it's just hard. And when she gets me up at 4, and I get her back to sleep at 5, it just seems pointless to go back to sleep for an hour. I know it's not, but I have a hard time because I just think of everything I need to do.
Hubby reminded me last night that this time will pass before I know it. I hope he's right. I've also been feeling stretched thin with school and it's feeling like such a chore. That sucks, because I have always enjoyed my classes and all that I have been learning. I want it to be fun again and not just something else on my "to-do" list.
OK, so that's enough of my b*tching for now! How about some totally cute pictures? I did a little photo shoot this morning. Carly is now 7 and a half weeks old. She's doing well, as are all the children.
