After years of "eyeballing" my food, I am amazed at how "off" I was when I actually started weighing and measuring. It is really no wonder how the pounds gradually piled on. Thanks for the visual aids!! emoticon

My doctor is always telling me that it is not what I eat but how much so portion control is right. No food should be forbidden but you must control how much of that food you eat. Thanks for the visuals.

Love the charts but can't read the top one. It's too small. Any chance you can add a link so I can check this out? Thanks :)
