Strange aches and Strange cravings.

This week has been so strange. On Sunday I rode my bike for 1 hr then Sunday night I felt like I had a tight muscle on my inner thigh that persisted into Monday. I rode the bike again on Monday after some extra stretching and things seems to be okay. Yesterday and today, I worked out with JM and now top of my foot feels stiff. I must be curling into myself too much while sleeping for the last few nights because my back is all achey.

This morning I drove past the Jamaican bakery on my way to office and had a sudden craving for a Jamaican beef patty, however, I don't have 400 calories to spend so I kept going. I did almost trick myself into stopping by claiming I would just get some for my coworkers who love them but I realized it was nonsense, if I went in, I would get one for me as well. I've also been craving a piece of cake and a piece of candy but I am not going to have any because I don't think I will be satisfied at one piece, plus, I already plan on a few treats next week during vacation so I don't want to get ahead of myself. As I said, strange week.

    That does sound like a strange week! But good job on passing up the goodies. Maybe have some angel food cake with fruit, that might satiate some of the cravings.

    Way to go! That's a great victory over the evils of delicious Jamaican food!

    I sometimes have weird soreness,etc when I do the bike. Last I can remember, the side of my foot was getting really sore for a mysterious reason. It persisted for about a week, and then I realized that I was subconciously turning my foot out to avoid catching my shoe on the bike pedal strap. -..- Epic fail! I watched my form for a week or so and I was back at it without sorenes.

    I hope you figure out what is causing your aches!
