Calories burned and INTAKE

I have arrived. My life with Sparks has taught me to record my daily nutrition as well as exercise. The one challenge that I have is to EAT ENOUGH. Let me explain...Now that I am eating the right foods it is not always easy to EAT ENOUGH CALORIES, keep Carbs LOW (for diabetes), intake enough FAT, and also fulfill my daily FIBER. Plus any other nutrients that are necessary.
This is a good thing. I have to EAT MORE to WEIGH LESS. It's almost too good to be true.
