The day is off to a great start...

Hubby and I started this morning with a walk. I don't know why I struggle with consistency...walking outside is my most favorite exercise. It makes me feel good inside, and I noticed I have been sleeping much better. I'm really going to miss Spring Break! Anyway, we came home and made smoothies and scrambled eggs. One choice at a time, we'll get to where we're trying to go.

    If you do your exercises, each morning, when you get out of bed, then it will be like a schedule and you will feel better for it. I used to walk first thing in the morning, now I cn not walk anymore because of my legs. Do you think I stopped doing exercise, no way. I do 80 on the sit down bike and 40 on my weights. I do them 7 times a week.
    So get up and go and watch that weight leave your body.
