What did I do to lose the weight?
-Continued to make good choices with food. I ate more freggies, less sodium
-Started walking more!! Circuit training is great, but I need extra cardio too.
-Hung a goal dress for summer on my bedroom door. I look at it multiple times a day and can visualize what I will look like by summer to wear it. I will not be tiny, but it will be progress!
What do I need to work on:
-Standing my ground on sodium -- Finding restaurants to meet with friends that doesn't have 2,000mg sodium in EVERY dish (even the "healthy" ones)
-Work smart on the weekends -- don't yo-yo each weekend -- this will really help! (I was up to 341 Saturday morning!!)
-Continue fitness routine and include weekends in walking days!
That's my week in summary. The 4,500 mg sodium day REALLY hurt my progress. I wish I could have just erased that day. I am sure I would have had a bigger loss.
