A couple of nights ago we went to Denny's so my husband and son could get a dessert. All the way over I kept going back and forth in my mind thinking, hot fudge sundae or oatmeal with yogurt, hot fudge sundae or oatmeal with yogurt...? Part of me said, this is a lifestyle change, so I should enjoy a treat once in a while. The other part said, if you eat the hot fudge sundae, you'll be 200 calories over limit, if you go with the oatmeal and yogurt, you'll still be 200 under limit. Being that we were having a weekend challenge in my BLC team, I really wanted to stay in range for the points, but I still wasn't sure which I was going to choose. As we walked in to the restaurant, I felt how loose my pants fit and it made me so happy. So, I ordered the oatmeal and yogurt, lol!
