Pre-ordered the new Spark book - got the DVDs in mail few days ago. I am loving the Fit Firm and Fired Up dvd - have done 3 of the workouts so far. Thats a lot packed into those 10 minute workouts.
Plan is to do at least 1 a day - in addition to any other exercise I do that day (so far for this week other than stretching those are the only workouts that i have fit in past few days)
