Thanks for all the comments and support I got yesterday, especially from my fellow Starfish!
Yesterday was not as good as the day before, but an improvement compared to the week before, definitely. I was diligent about getting all my water in, which is really important to my success. Water helps me move throughout the day and keeps me going. I failed to track everything and I'm sure I went over my calories in the evening. Today will be better. I ate breakfast, people! That's huge for me! Ok, I drank an Atkins shake, but that's better than nothing. My water bottle is in hand and full, and I have a long, fabulous workout planned for this evening! I'll get my LTGL points with a great stretch afterwards. I'm keeping my goals for the week in mind and will work harder today than yesterday. Tomorrow morning, I'm going to aim for a morning workout. Something to get the blood pumping first thing!!
A reminder of my goals for this week:
1. Exercise at least 5 days
2. Drink my 8 cups of water daily
3. Aim for one early morning workout (trying to ease back in the the a.m ritual....)
4. Earn my LTGL points every day
5. Track food/fitness daily
Today's dedication: I dedicate all my positive energy and good intentions to a positive attitude today. I am committed to spreading love and not anger or hate. When someone hurts me, I'll pray for them. I can only control my words, thoughts and actions, not those of others. I will be mindful of my words to be sure they are always coming from a loving place. In this way, I'll be teaching my kids, by example, to be well-rounded, happy, loving individuals.
