So I've been feeling really good about my workouts and my healthy leaving, so why the HECK doesn't the scale go down??? Why???
So today instead of having what I call a pity party, I have sat down and gone over my eating plan and exercise schedule and modified it a little or rather tweak it. We will see what the future holds but I'm feeling good about the new plan.
On the other side of the coin my clothes are feeling looser and I feel pretty good, although my knee has been acting up again, so I may have to work around that also.
