My running coach wants me to e-mail her my food intake on a daily basis. How cool that SP lets me export my food tracker to Excel!!?! Easy to attach it to an e-mail. Did it this morning. I added a sum total row in the Excel file. I bet the coach will be impressed with all the nutrients I'm tracking!!
As promised, I weighed this morning. Up 2.2 pounds in the past 5 days to 128.4, and yesterday I was actually a few calories below my range. Based on what I've eaten, I think some of the gain has got to be sodium or maybe glycogen storage in the muscles due to all my recent activity. So I'm going to be very careful for the next several days and see where I am. I refuse to feel discouraged! I am going to figure out how to fuel my activity AND achieve the weight I want!!
