That boot camp class on Sunday was much too tough for me. I didn't make it to the gym Monday OR Tuesday. I needed rest for my sore muscles! Both Monday and Tuesday I took a bath with Epsom salts. Yesterday I felt up to doing deep stretches using my yoga strap. Today I feel I've rounded a corner and don't hurt nearly as bad. My triceps still feel tender, but it's more or less better.
While pushing yourself is good to build strength, if it renders you too sore and unable to do anything for 2 additional days, is it still worth it? Or do you lose too much while waiting to feel better?
