Broke the plateau!

Wednesday, March 13, 2013

So I was stuck at one weight for I don't even know how long. Too long is what it was. I even gained back a few pounds. Stress may have been the culprit.. or maybe it was just my body trying to adjust. I don't know, I can ask it all I want but It never answers back.

I stepped on the scale today and I have got 3 pounds lighter than my previous lowest and I am officially at where I was nearly 3 summers ago!!!!!! Seeing this was quite a lot of excitement for so early in the morning! I could just jump up and down and scream! *Does that count as cardio?*

I have lost 3 inches off of my waist too. I'm starting to think 3 ought to be my new favorite number! So in 20 pounds lost I have gone down 1 pants size and 1 shirt size, and 1 to 2 dress sizes. Holy Moley, thats huge!

I have every plan of continuing on and surpassing where I was almost 3 summers ago. I can do it!!! This might just be the first day in a long time that I am actually excited to work out!

Bring on Summer '13 !!! emoticon

Treener...I think 20 pounds is phenomenal for someone who has as many responsibilities as you do. Perhaps you have found your inner athlete! I am still looking for mine, but I am seriously on the prowl this week. I plan to get to the next level in my spark points by the end of this week. That would be a fine achievement for my return to the sanity of the spark plan. emoticon Best wishes for a very happy week.
