Write a blog about the last setback you faced. How did you overcome it, and what did you learn from it? Did you handle the situation in the best way that you could have, or would you go about it in a different way now?
My current setback is going on right now. It started a couple of weeks ago with some bad weather that kept me from the gym. It only took a couple of nights and I was out of the habit of going. Add to that a few bad nights at work, some rotten weather, and a bad attitude in general, and it's now been almost two weeks since I've darkened the door there.
On top of that, my eating habits have been horrible. I'm eating high calorie, low nutrition foods, and drinking more wine than I should.
What I'm learning? I need to kick myself in the ass and go to the gym. I need to start carrying my little notebook in my pocket to keep track of what I eat. And most of all, I need to drop the bad attitude.
