BLC21 Week 7 Update: Groundhog day ... ?

I thought about the movie "Groundhog Day" when I was going to post this because I feel like I could have posted the same blog from last week, with the exception of the fact that I lost 2 pounds instead of 1. emoticon

list. I have been doing really well on my nutrition it is the exercise that I need to make a priority. So I need to refocus and start my streak today. So today is

1. Track daily and completely.
2. Drink 80 ounces of water daily.
3. Get a minimum of 10 minutes of planned exercise daily.

    You go girl! I've been there, done that with the 'groundhog day' approach. Keep trying and moving forward. Before you know it, you'll be on day 90 of streak!

    Go Girl!! I think you will find that exercise is really fun -- when you begin doing something you enjoy, do it regularly, and get better at it!! Congrats on the weight loss!
