BLC21 Week 7 Update: Groundhog day ... ?

I thought about the movie "Groundhog Day" when I was going to post this because I feel like I could have posted the same blog from last week, with the exception of the fact that I lost 2 pounds instead of 1.

list. I have been doing really well on my nutrition it is the exercise that I need to make a priority. So I need to refocus and start my streak today. So today is
of my NEW spark streak. My streak will consist of ...
1. Track daily and completely.
2. Drink 80 ounces of water daily.
3. Get a minimum of 10 minutes of planned exercise daily.
