Slowing down and my conference

I realize how much I have slowed down and began to really enjoy a quiet lifestyle. Yesterday and today I am at an excellent leadership conference. The material is super; the facilitators are interesting. So I am not complaining!

I am used to cooking my meals and knowing exactly what is in them. I am fond of exercising for 20 minutes in the morning, a 60 minute training or class per day, and another 40 minutes of movement/exercise. I savor the food and the exercise.

I then fit my meetings and volunteer opportunities into shorter time slots. Well, I have time for breakfast and a short workout. I think I will use the dreadmill for 30 minutes!
