Since starting this WiS5% Challenge we've been challenged to Live the Good Life, by drinking at least 8 glasses of water, blogging about a new habit we'd like to begin and now stretching.
I'm happy to say that I'm getting at the very least 8 glasses of water. Most days I get 10 and sometimes I even get a gallon of water down.
I'm still wanting to blog about my overall progress. I'm just in the middle of getting ready to move again... so I won't blog as much as I'd like to... but I want to continue to do them more than once a week.
As for the Strength Training Habit, I successfully did it 6 days in a row for the blog, so this week I wanted to go to 3 days out of the week and I did it Monday, so tomorrow and Friday are my other couple of days to get it accomplished.
The stretching has been a wonderful challenge. I wanted to work on that and the challenge gave me an excuse to do it. I've been loving it. I hope to get more flexible.
As for exercising, I'm getting my time in. Trying to get as close to 2 hours a day as possible. Yesterday ran away from me and I had to do ST and cardio, but the sun had gone down... so what did I do? I went on youtube and found all these 10 minute workouts and just started hitting all that could before two hours were up. I'm amazed that I did it, but the thought of not being able to get my team the points it needed motivated me to get the job done.
Now, I just have to really work on getting to bed at a decent hour. It pays to get REST!
On that note... I need to get ready for bed!
