Horrible horrible day – and I did eat on it. Could not sleep for all the anxiety, making it hard to breathe. Considered to go to the hospital to get help but canīt see the use of it. Today I registered the food - and it was only slightly over my calorie range, I can go on not eating just for today. It has snowed, I did not need that, I think it is vary slippery as it was ice on the ground where the snow had melted.

    emoticon I use meditation for anxiety it really seems to help me. Finding a quiet place. emoticon

    Sometimes when I have anxiety, I find that music helps a bit. Either that or a movie on TV. I know it doesn't always help but you can give it a try. I don't blame you for not wanting to go to the hospital. Hope this week is much better for you. :)
