I feel good about myself today. I slept in a bit (damned that Daylight savings time) so I didn't get a chance to go for a walk before work but I made sure to go for a walk on my morning break and my lunch and by the time I got home today I only had about 900 steps left to meet my goal. I walked in place while I watched the biggest loser to make sure I'd reach my goal.
I did really well on my eating plan and stayed within my calories and so far the late night eating monster hasn't attacked. I'm about to go to bed so I feel pretty confident that he's out of town or something.
So today was a good day I plan to make tomorrow a good day too and begin a streak of them.
