Week 2, Walk 1 check in

I successfully did 3.4 miles tonight instead of 3 miles, in about an hour. Average pace 17 min mile. I didn't do a good job checking the time before and after the workout but it was about an hour. I even jogged part of it. I didn't time it, just tried to job a little bit of each song I listened to. I am pretty sure I jogged more than I did last week, so it's a good start
I also did an easy 20 min walk last night as well to walk the dog, so that was about a mile.
I also tracked my calories all day and did pretty good until dinner; had too many mashed potatoes. If they were homemade it would be different but my husband got a lot of prepackaged meals. This is the bad thing about him being in charge of dinner during tax season even though he gets off earlier, grrr. I love him but it bugs me a little. But then he was washing dishes when I got home so thats okay!
