Turbo Jamming

Woah! I started Turbo Jam today. Let me note that I have not been exercising for awhile now and am really outta shape. I got through the LEARN segment, which teaches you 12 different moves you need to learn in order to do her workouts. I then proceeded to do the BURN segment. I feel like I barely got through that without dying. I was so outta breathe. I drank a whole glass of water, caught my breathe and started the next segment. I barely got through that one and again I was outta breathe. Drank another full glass of water. It really kicked my bootie! I decided to stop for the day after that. I don't want to push myself too hard. I need to re-introduce myself back into regular exercise slowly. My arms are sore after just that little bit of workout. Hopefully I will be able to get a little farther tomorrow. hehe We'll see.
