That totally revolves around food in the afternoon/evening.
My goal of 100 days of exercise is well under way but 60% of weight loss is food so I've got to incorporate a healthy eating streak goal. Sparkfriends...help!
I do ok with drinking my water in the morning and at breakfast but usually by noon/3 pm, I'm a wreck and my food follows suit.
It has to be more specific than eating 3-5 fruits daily. Like, by 4 pm I know what I'm eating for dinner the NEXT day? I mean, it's all about preparation, right? And portion so between these two P's - prep and portion, I need a decent goal that I can streak. I'm totally into streaking now a days.
And I met with a trainer today who went above and beyond to make sure I knew how to get a full body workout in. For that, I'm grateful.
It's 10:30 and I should be sleeping but I can't - yet. :( Stupid time change.
