Some times I miss the salt

Just made stew and put squash in it, just to get more vegetable in it. oops just remembered I did not put a bay leaf in yet. Paws Got the bay leaf in. I have not made stew since I have been rely watching sodium. I put onions and garlic in carrots, celery, potatoes , browned leak . boy some times I miss the salt.

    Yep! Mrs Dash is tastier than no salt. I liked having it when I was in the hospital too!
I put it in my salt shaker - it helps my brain think it's getting salt emoticon
Now if I could just get use to no salt crackers emoticon

    I have to tackle sodium next. I've been tracking it and doing MUCH better, but I am still very guilty of reaching for the salt shaker when I cook.

You've given me some good inspiration to go ahead and tackle that next gremlin.

    Mrs. Dash has some awesome salt free seasonings! They are better than salt! Promise!
