I know, I know... I haven't written here in a few weeks! Let me catch you up... Well, you know I added walking on the treadmill to my exercise regime. Well, I also added JOGGING on the treadmill. For me that is a MIRACLE!! I DO NOT JOG!! But I do now. I am up to a 40 minute interval treadmill program that goes from 3.0 mph - 4.5 mph with about a quarter mile total jogging and the rest walking between 3mph-4mph. I am soooo happy with this program and will be upping the pace and jogging times as the days go by.
Now, for another milestone... I have had NO changes in my weight and I weigh-in every Monday. We missed yesterday at the gym, so I weighed-in tonight.... I had a 2# loss over this past week! It had to be the jogging addition because that is the ONLY thing I have done different.
I'm adding another rung on the ladder... NO alcoholic beverages between March 15 - April 15th. This one is going to be really difficult, but I THINK I CAN DO IT... We'll see......
Anyway... YAY Me! emoticon
