    I love your goals. I do disagree with your blog title...the lack thereof, part. Learning about what has worked for you in the past, recognizing the symptoms of what is happening, and setting goals are all PROGRESS. You have so much to be proud of, Erin. Like so many of us, you stumble and fall and backslide and procrastinate...but YOU come back. You keep trying. You keep stepping up and starting again when so many let embarrassment rule. I am, as always, so proud of you for this. If you don't keep getting up, after all, how will you ever get there? You WILL get there. Good luck on the not smoking, the new eating lifestyle, on everything. We are here for you!

    You can do it!!! Looks like you have a great plan for success! When it's hard to get going, remember this one-year reflection moment; it always helps me to think "A year from now, I will wish I had started today."
