After recovering from a mild case of pneumonia, I think I am ready to get back into the exercise groove. I think I am still pretty limited as what I can do because am I still coughing a lot, but I can at least go on my lunch walks again and maybe try the elliptical at the gym. I'm not sure that I'm ready to get back to my kickboxing or water zumba classes just yet.
Amazingly I have somehow managed to lose another pound in the month since I got sick. Part of that is probably that I went several days without eating much of anything...and part of it is that once I started eating normally again, I decided to eat on the lower end of my range until I could get back to exercising.
I'm doing so much better than I was and I will be so happy when I finally stop coughing.
