It's time to put Spark People to the test!!
I am proposing to all my Spark friends (and anyone who is willing) a 60-day FITNESS AND HEALTH challenge!!
For 60-days, let's vow to stick to a more strict eating and exercise regimen.
Exercise: At least 4 days a week: workout at least 6 hours a week OR burn 2500 calories a week
Health: Drinks: Water (at least 36 oz.), Tea (limited), Coffee (limited), Diet Sodas(very limited)
Food: Meals: 60% of EVERY major meal must be veggies, Protein must also be present in meals
Snacks: Nuts(2 servings or less), Fruits (no more than 4/day), or other healthy fats (limited to 2 servings)
Cheat Meals: If you must, a cheat meal a week is okay, but limited to 2400 calories for the day (reasonable?)
I WANT AS MANY PEOPLE TO PARTICIPATE BECAUSE I REALLY NEED A SUPPORT GROUP AND I WANT TO SUPPORT MY SPARK FRIENDS. THEREFORE, IF YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS/CHANGES TO THIS PROGRAM, LET ME KNOW SO WE CAN ALL PARTICIPATE.
