So I took a peek and stepped on the scale and was pleasantly surprised to see that my weight has gone down.
I did the whole30 to see what effect diary was having on me. I now sense that it has been stalling my weight loss.
I've completed 9 days of the Whole30 and I feel so great! Amazing to also know that I don't have cravings. The only craving that I now have is for seltzer water-- crazy i know.
I also decided to sign up for a 5K. I feel that the only way I will ever complete one is to sign up for it and that will force me to train for it.
