following through again

Made it through a second day of sticking with my goals. My calories were 1255, had my 8 waters (water is always pretty easy for me), and had my 2 F&V (not so easy). Even did the 5 dreaded ST exercises. emoticon

I appreciate those of you who've taken the time to post a comment - it does help a lot. You never know when someone will say the one thing that sticks with you, that makes a difference.
But even if nobody comments, just knowing that I stated things publicly is helping to motivate me to complete what I said I would.

Tomorrow: Calories 1650, 8 waters, 2 F&V.

I'm still following your lead too! I went under my allotted calories, drank my water and did the workout I planned. You really inspired me to get back on track! Good luck tomorrow!

    I think I will have to follow your example and post my goals daily and then have a follow up. I'm glad it is working for you. You will look great in your Mother of the Bride dress and your Mother of the Groom dress coming up. emoticon
