Pure Cardio & Stress

Today was Week 2 Day 2 of Insanity which was Pure Cardio. I like this workout because you don't repeat any of the moves, but it is killer. Like Shaun T says "that ish is bananas". It always makes me laugh when you start switch feet and the camera catches Frankie going slow, but when he realizes that the camera is on him, he picks up the pace. This is so me! I am halfway passed out on the floor, but if my husband comes into the room I try to act like a rock star emoticon.

It is turning out to be a very stressful week. We have a huge event on Saturday and our printer broke down yesterday. I have created a ginormous list of everything I need to do at work and at home. I need to take it one day at a time and not let the enormity of it stress me out too much. The workouts are helping to relieve some of that stress.

My goal for tomorrow is to get out of bed and get my workout in early - no matter how tired I am. It will be one less thing I stress about all day.

    Its true workouts are really good for stress. There is something this week you cant control but choosing to workout is something you can. Love the picture. HOpe your week gets better!

    Love the pic! I too pick up the pace when my husband is in the room. By week 4 though, no husbands necessary! You are your own competition at that point and you find it out when you're like "No, I will not stop this workout. I got this sh**." I have a love/hate with Pure Cardio haha. Somedays I liked it, and then I began doing Cardio Abs right after, PHEW emoticon That's how you KNOW your body is getting stronger, even if it's sore! Keep it up!

I always feel like I'd have to be in good shape already just to try it out. lOL
