Today was Week 2 Day 2 of Insanity which was Pure Cardio. I like this workout because you don't repeat any of the moves, but it is killer. Like Shaun T says "that ish is bananas". It always makes me laugh when you start switch feet and the camera catches Frankie going slow, but when he realizes that the camera is on him, he picks up the pace. This is so me! I am halfway passed out on the floor, but if my husband comes into the room I try to act like a rock star
It is turning out to be a very stressful week. We have a huge event on Saturday and our printer broke down yesterday. I have created a ginormous list of everything I need to do at work and at home. I need to take it one day at a time and not let the enormity of it stress me out too much. The workouts are helping to relieve some of that stress.
My goal for tomorrow is to get out of bed and get my workout in early - no matter how tired I am. It will be one less thing I stress about all day.
