awful day,ended it with a workout though and I feel better than I did all day..with all my problems walking I worry all the time that I don't workout hard enough ...so for now I'm going to focus on consistency..if I get in the habit again of every day I will feel accomplished and things will fall back into place

    I like it, 30 minutes every day is better than 2 hours once a week.
