Day 4 (Feb 4th): No with nutrition yet again but yes to fitness.

Day 8 (Feb. 8th): Today was my splurge day so I relaxed and ate out for dinner.

The weekend was rough. I am finally over it though and back to eating well. Today I had some good moments. So I decided last week that I was ready to stop drinking any diet soda again (even if it was just one, once in a while). It is a trigger for me as well as microwave popcorn. I stopped at the market this morning for work and went to the popcorn isle. My intent was to get it for my boss but I stopped myself. I knew that if I purchased it that I would just eat it so I got him pretzels which do not tempt me. Then this afternoon, I was STRESSED in every sense of the word. I walked to the break room and reached in the fridge for a cherry coke zero. I stopped myself and put it back. I knew that I was just reaching for it for an unnatural high and once I was finished with it, I knew it would make me eat. I drank another glass of water instead. I ended up having around 120 ounces of water today but I'm okay with it. I only ate 1300 calories total. And I was on my feet all day. It was a very busy clinic day and I was swamped. I am so happy that tomorrow is Wednesday. The work week is almost over! emoticon

    Wow, You're doing GREAT on your goals!!! Isn't it great to be able to talk about them and not fear that someone will put you down or laugh because they think it's silly or stupid! I love SP because it is such an upbeat, encouraging site!
