It rained most of the day. It was a good day to settle back with a good book, or a scary movie. I did the first. I've been reading quite a bit lately and it's been pretty good. Got most of my goals done yestarday. I went over the 2000 calorie mark though. I got in a 20 minute walk yestarday.
My goals for Wenesday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
30 minutes of cardio
10 mintues of strength training
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories or below the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
