I am so happy to have a four day week and to get spring break next week (for one of my schools, anyway). I am trying to get back to exercising more consistently as I finish up the cleanse phase of my challenge and start the burn phase. I was able to go for a hike this weekend although it was still pretty snowy and muddy. My goals for this week are to reach 190 fitness minutes and to eat at least two servings of veggies every day. I have no problem eating fruit! Hope everyone has a great week.
