Hi! Thanks for all your support yesterday everyone, it was much appreciated. I was just in a funk, I guess. Today is better.
I slept crappy last night, so I woke up late and not too happy, but I took a nap and I'm feeling better. I accomplished a MAJOR work goal, so I'm happy on that count. Food's been good - although late! LOL breakfast was more like lunch - I think I ate at 11. :) Oh well. Just means a later dinner. I haven't gotten much activity today, just some light stretching. I'll probably do some yoga later, but that's gonna be about it.
Food's been pretty good, so has the Blood sugar, so that's good. Junk food has been calling my name a bit, but I've been handling it with lots of water and moderation. :) Yea me! Sometimes it still amazes me how much things really HAVE changed in the last, what, year and a half now? :)
