My Spark Coach "assignment" today is to blog about excuses that get in the way of my workouts. The primary excuse is "I don't have time". Secondary excuse "I'm so tired". Last but not least is that I'm doing things for everyone else.
Lately, it's been our new puppy, who keeps me hopping, and transporting my child to/from a class every weekday evening. Big sigh here. Not only has this busy-ness impeded my workouts, my frustration has spiraled into poor nutritional choices on top of that.
Tomorrow WILL BE a better day. Fresh starts, right?
