I'm happy to say that I lost my "all-or-nothing" attitude a while ago. I love to exercise and try to fit it in nearly every day, even if it is only a short, brisk walk for 10 minutes. I do allow myself an occasional break, though.
I lost the negative attitude when I realized that we don't "have" time, we "make" time, so not having time to exercise became an invalid excuse.
For the most part, my challenge is food. I've done much better the past few days, but it's normally a struggle to stay within an acceptable range for the day.
I'm working toward getting to a place in my life where I can have a strong hold on both fitness and food. I'll make it, and I know you can too!
