Words tend to come with difficulty these days in me.
But even though i may have not anything new to say i feel the urge to communicate.
Anyway the doctor has "prescribed" the blog medicine from a while now and i must follow orders.
I have just finished my daily 30minutes routine "crunch ab attack" and m feeling sweetly tired , smiling and calm.
I guess it is the post-workout serotonin that colors things up but i can use it alright as my very life color he!he!
My very successful Sparkperiod (consistent and enough exercise plus balanced nutrition) has past and had given its place to a black one (exercising sporadically, struggling to tame hunger craving and depression) .Disappointment seemed to last forever.
Then again i have entered a rational moderate period of exercising everyday for at least 30minutes , limit carbs, study at least an hour a day
exercise mybrain with Lumosity .
I Hope at the end of the journey the prevalent color of the sum or white , black, colorful or grey parts/periods of this journey to turn bright and sparkling
Here , in Greece , it is night now
good night friends and keep on going..

I always love your blogs, K!
I did the Luminosity trial, and loved it. I love that clear headed feeling from playing those simple games. Did you buy it?
I agree with the Dr, you need to blog more because I missed hearing about you.
    Are you still acting?
    Bless you today, my Friend.
