Spring Break

I'm happy that I slogged the last 2 days. I'm doing the 5K to 10K training program

Today I'm not going to slog because I got a massage this morning and now I'm working.

I'll walk later once I get this work done.

Spring break is awesome.

Feeling good about myself, physically and emotionally.
