Get into the Groove

Last week I had a great week. I worked out twice (after taking 2 years off I am very proud of myself) and every day last week I took the stairs instead of the beast they call the elevator. I also have all of my meals ready to go for this week. I love Pinterest. It has lead me to so many wonderful blogs where they talk about prep, freeze, and slow cook. That is just want I need. The blogs that I am addictive too are mama and baby love and 100 day pledge of whole food. Oh I and I can't for get the Crocken' Girls.

Today everything is just clicking together. I am feeling it and I know I can do it. This morning in the shower I just told myself to stop thinking about everything and just do it.

My goals for this week:
Hit the gym 3 times this week--working on making habits
Prep food for next week
Drink my water
